Booking & payment

How does booking work?
Browse the fleet, pick a date and a slot (morning, afternoon, or full day), and submit a booking request. We email you to confirm — usually within an hour during business hours.
When do I pay?
Whichever you prefer. Pay online via Stripe Checkout when you book, or pay at the dock by card or cash on the day. Both flows are supported.
Can I cancel?
Pending bookings: cancel any time from your account. Confirmed (paid) bookings follow our refund policy: ≥7 days out gets a full refund, 2-6 days gets 50%, under 48 hours is non-refundable.

On the day of your trip

What's included?
Each boat's detail page lists exactly what's on board — cooler, sound system, GPS, life vests, etc. Captained options are noted on the listing.
Do I need a license?
Depends on the boat and the region. We'll confirm any license, certification, or briefing requirements in your booking confirmation email.
What if the weather's bad?
Safety first. If conditions aren't safe we'll reach out to reschedule or refund — no charge, no questions. Light rain we can usually still run; that call is yours.
